  1. 12 weekly or biweekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions – 60 minutes 
  2. A customized program to meet your unique goals
  3. Email support in between coaching sessions
  4. Done for you handouts and resources as applicable 
  5. A program welcome package to be a companion along your journey
  6. Experiential exercises to provide insight and growth
  7. Personalized action steps

    • Exploring limiting beliefs and goals

    • Outside of your kids
    • Outside of your relationships
